Kolokytha, a small island just opposite the Peninsula of Spinalonga, lies 4.9 km away from the villa. Across from the island lies the fantastic beach of Agios Loukas, commonly referred to as Kolokytha.

Another nearby beach is Plaka Beach, approximately 4.2 km away. The beaches in Plaka are small and adorned with large pebbles, yet relatively uncrowded, providing a more pleasant experience for some visitors.

Heading towards Agios Nikolaos direction, additional beaches await, such as Ammoudara (15.5 km), Voulisma (24 km), and Karavostasi (23 km).
